Founded in 1784, Becker College is a coeducational college offering programs for students seeking four- and two-year degrees. The College offers a diverse selection of programs within three divisions: Health Sciences, Humanities and Sciences, and Management and Criminal Justice.

The College's Nursing Department is designed to offer students a two year program that will prepare them for RN licensure. Accredited by the National League of Nursing, Inc. and approved by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing, the program combines nursing and liberal arts curricula for a quality education.

Becker College is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) through its Commission on Institutions of Higher Education. The College is authorized to award the Associate in Science degree and the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees in selected fields of study by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
