- The University is accredited by the Senior Commission of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. WASC granted Woodbury its original regional accreditation in 1961. It is approved by the Postsecondary Commission, California Department of Education.

- The architecture program was accredited by the National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) in 1994.

- The School of Business and Management is accredited by the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).

- The Interior Architecture Program was accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation in 1991.
