Yale University - It is ranked 4th globally in the 2011 QS World University Rankings and 10th in the 2010 Times Higher Education World University Rankings. U.S. News ranked Yale 3rd among the top national universities in 2012.

Tufts University - Ranked among the world's top 150 universities in the Academic Ranking of World Universities 2011. Additionally, it is ranked 30th globally for Clinical Medicine and Pharmacy and in the global top 75 for Life and Agriculture Sciences.

Boston University - Times Higher Education ranked BU 54th out of 200 universities worldwide and 20th in the United States. Newsweek in its list of the Top 100 Global Universities ranked Boston University the 35th best in the US and 65th in the world.

Georgetown University - Ranked 166th internationally in the QS World University Rankings 2011 and in the global top 100 for Social Sciences (86th) and Arts & Humanities (91st).

Howard University - It is ranked 11th among schools “where the faculty had an unusual commitment to undergraduate teaching” in the 2010 U.S. News and World Report. Howard also ranked in the top 100 in the USNWR ranking of Best National Universities.
