Adelaide International Student Scholarships

Adelaide University offers a number of scholarships for all International Students:

The Adelaide Outstanding Achiever Scholarships International (AOASI)
  • Up to nine Adelaide Outstanding Achiever Scholarships International (AOASI) are available to international students from any country undertaking study in any academic discipline except Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
  • Benefits are the waiver of full tuition fees for the normal duration of the program, subject to satisfactory performance.
  • If students of three year degree programs are offered a further year in the Honours Program they may apply for an extension of the scholarship to cover that year.
  • Students offered a scholarship for Bachelor of Design Studies may apply for an extension of the scholarship for one year of the two year Bachelor of Architecture or Landscape Architecture programs, but the extension is subject to academic performance.
  • Scholarships are available only for the first four years of a double degree.

The Adelaide Vietnam Scholarships (AVS)

Up to four scholarships will be available to international students who are citizens of Vietnam undertaking study in any academic discipline except Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).


The Adelaide ‘Malaysia Australia Colombo Plan Commemoration’ (MACC) Scholarships (continuing an established Scholarship Program)

Up to two Adelaide Malaysia Australia Colombo Plan Commemoration (MACC) Scholarships are available to international students who are citizens of Malaysia undertaking study in any academic discipline including Bachelor of Medicine Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).


Applications
There is no separate application process for any of the above scholarships. An application for admission to the University will constitute an application for a scholarship. This includes an application through the South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC).

All complete applications for admission, consistent with the eligibility and selection criteria, including English Language requirements, will be considered automatically for a scholarship. For full details please read the Conditions.
