Best Universities in Sweden

There are several Top Best Universities in Sweden which are placed highly in the annual rankings of global universities.

UPPSALA University was the highest ranked institution in Sweden (placed 63rd globally) in the THES World University Ranking 2008, followed by LUND University (88th).

KTH, ROYAL Institute of Technology was ranked 1st in Sweden (=14th globally) in the Top 50 Universities in the International Students indicator by THES 2007.

A total of five institutions in Sweden made it to the list of Top 50 European Universities by Leiden Ranking:
