According to the US News & World Report, University of Iowa is ranked No. 1 among all US universities for its physician assistant program, ahead of Duke (2nd) and Emory (3rd).
The University of Texas System has performed very well in the league table, with UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas rated 4th out of 73 programs, followed by another UT institution - University of Texas Medical Branch–Galveston (placed 11th out of 73). The University of Texas Health Science Center–San Antonio is ranked 17th in the league table.
