Founded in 1909, Arkansas Tech University is one of the most successful and fastest growing institutions located in Russellville, Arkansas. It offers a wide range of educational programs including Pre-Professional Programs, Associate Degrees, Bachelor Degrees, Master Degrees, Teacher Licensure, Technical Certificates, and Tech Ozark Campus Technical Certificates. The School of Business has the following departments: Accounting, Business Education, Economics and Finance, Management and Marketing.

- The bachelor of science in nursing program is accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC).

- The Health Information Management and Medical Assisting programs are accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs. The College of Natural and Health Sciences consists of the following departments: Physical Science, Biological Science, and Nursing.

- The teacher licensure programs are approved by the Arkansas Department of Education and accredited by the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).

- The Tech Electrical Engineering program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).

- The Department of Music is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Music.

- The Recreation and Park Administration program is accredited by the National Recreation and Park Administration Council on Accreditation.
