Harding University Top Rankings
Harding University is the largest private university in the state of Arkansas and attracts more National Merit Scholars than any other private university in the state. It was founded in 1924 as Harding College in Morrilton, Arkansas (USA). It maintains campuses in Australia, Chile, England, France/Switzerland, Greece, Italy and Zambia.
According to the US News & World Report, Harding is the highest-ranked Arkansas school in the Universities-Master's category, which comprises schools that offer a full range of undergraduate- and master's-level programs, but few, if any, doctoral programs.
The university is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission and a member of the North Central Association. Its programs are accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education, the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs, Council on Social Work Education, National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission, Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education, and the National Association of Schools of Music.
It has the following Colleges: College of Arts and Humanities, College of Bible and Religion, College of Business Administration, College of Communication, College of Education, College of Nursing, College of Pharmacy, and College of Sciences.
