The University of Arkansas (UA) is a top tier public co-educational land-grant research university. It is the flagship campus of the University of Arkansas System and is located in Fayetteville, Arkansas (USA). It was founded as Arkansas Industrial University in 1871.

- Rated 16th among public institutions nationally in a study of institutional endowments conducted by the National Association of College and University Business Officers (NACUBO) for 2004.
- The Sam M. Walton College of Business was ranked among the top 50 business programs, ranked 42nd overall, and tied for 24th place among public business schools (USNWR 2010).
- Ranked 15th nationally among the top-selling institutions and manufacturers in the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) Licensing Rankings.
