University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine (US)
- It is one of the nation’s leading dental institutions.
- The Division of Orthodontics offers combined Ph.D./Certificate Program (Approximately 60 Months). This program leads to a certificate in orthodontics plus a Ph.D. degree.

University of Alberta (Canada)
- It offers the PhD in Medical Sciences (Orthodontics) which is a five year full-time program with clinical training integrated into the first four years.
