University of Southern Queensland (USQ)

The University of Southern Queensland (USQ) is one of Australia's leading providers of on-campus and distance education programs.

The University has the following faculties: Faculty of Arts; Faculty of Business; Faculty of Education; Faculty of Engineering and Surveying; Faculty of Sciences.

The University is home to a number of leading Australian research centres including the National Centre for Engineering in Agriculture (NCEA); the Australian Centre for Sustainable Catchments (ACSC) and The Centre of Excellence in Engineered Fibre Composites (CEEFC).

In 2005 USQ was accredited as a quality distance education learning institution by the Distance Education Training Council (DETC) of America.
