The University of South Australia (UniSA) is a leading public university in the Australian state of South Australia. It is part of the influential Australian Technology Network.

UniSA has the following divisions: Division of Business; Division of Education, Arts and Social Sciences; Division of Health Sciences; Division of Information Technology, Engineering and the Environment.

- University of South Australia is ranked 18th in Oceania and 546th in the world (Webometrics Ranking, January 2010).

- Ranked 281st in the world (QS World University Rankings™ 2010). It is also placed among the global top 200 institutions for Social Sciences (199th).

- The Good Universities Guide has rated the MBA program as 5-Star for 2009/2010. The rating is determined by the Graduate Management Association of Australia and was published in the 2010 Good Universities Guide in late August 2009.

- In October 2009 the University of South Australian's IGSB was named in the top 100 globally for integrating social, environmental and ethical issues into its MBA program, positioning it as one of the best in the Asia-Pacific (Beyond Grey Pinstripes).

- 291st in the 2007 Times Higher Education Supplement World's Top 400 Universities list.

- University of South Australia is ranked No. 1 Australian University for offshore student numbers (IDP 2003 & 2001).

- It is one of only four Australian universities awarded institutional awards in the 2002 Australian Awards for University Teaching.

- Rated No. 1 Australian University for Management and Commerce Students, Australian Governments Department of Employment, Training & Youth Affairs (2001).

- Winner of the Prime Minister's Award and The Australian Awards for University Teaching (2000).
