Founded in 1857, Upper Iowa University (UIU) is a top private university providing a range of undergraduate and graduate programs, including online degree programs. The University's Distance Education Programs (an award-winning Online Program and Independent Study) offer the flexibility to study anywhere, anytime.
Upper Iowa University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission and is a member of the North Central Association. The University has membership in the National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration (NASPAA). It is also a member of the Navy College Program Distance Learning Partnership (NCPDLP), the Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges and SOCNAV.
