Top-up Degree in Law
The following UK universities offer top-up degree programmes and courses in law:
University of Huddersfield - The Law (Top-up) BA(Hons) degree is aimed at providing students with a flexible programme of study, taking candidates on to the next stage towards qualifying as a solicitor or barrister. Assessment methods include assignments, exams and individual project work. Applicants must have successfully completed a Foundation degree in Business, Finance and Law; Foundation degree in Para Legal Practice or Higher National Diploma in Law. In addition students must be able to demonstrate competence in the English Language and therefore must be in possession of a GCSE in English Language at grade C level or equivalent.
University of Gloucestershire - Students can top up their professional postgraduate qualification to a Masters in Law (LLM) degree and study from anywhere in the world at their own pace. Applicants will need at least a postgraduate qualification in law e.g. passed the LPC or BVC.
Bournemouth University - The one-year Honours degree (BA) in Finance and Law will provide students with the opportunity to develop the skills and knowledge for a future career in the professional and commercial world of finance and law. Applicants must have successfully completed a Foundation degree or HND in relevant subjects.
