The Ohio State University (OSU)
- The Athletic Training Major at Ohio State has a solid national reputation. Students who complete the major are eligible to sit for the Athletic Trainer Certification Exam offered by the Board of Certification, Inc. Students who pass this exam and complete their degree will be awarded the professional credential ATC®.

- The Athletic Training Program (ATP), offered by the School of Health Technology and Management, is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training (CAATE).
