Founded in 1897, Bay Path College is a private residential undergraduate women's college with graduate programs for women and men.

The Graduate School at Bay Path College provides innovative programs for women and men. Most of its graduate programs can be completed in one year. The College offers a range of graduate degrees including the Master of Science in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy; Master of Science in Strategic Fundraising and Philanthropy; Master of Science in Communications and Information Management; Master of Science in Forensics; MS in Developmental Psychology; etc.

Bay Path College is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges, Inc. through its Commission on Institutions of Higher Education. The legal programs on the associate and baccalaureate degree level, as well as the certificate of advanced paralegal studies, are approved by the American Bar Association. The occupational therapy programs on the baccalaureate and master degree level are approved by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education of the American Occupational Therapy Association. The education programs on the baccalaureate degree level are approved by the Massachusetts Department of Education.
