Top Economics Schools 2014

According to the Complete University Guide 2014 Economics Department Ranking, Warwick was rated as the top economics department in the UK (ranked No. 1 of the 78 departments evaluated, ahead of LSE, Oxford and Cambridge). Of particular note were the scores the department received on graduate prospects, which were the highest (tied with Cambridge and LSE) of all economics departments.

London School of Economics was ranked No. 2 for Economics, followed by Oxford (3rd) and Cambridge (4th). The University of Exeter moved up three places from 10th to 7th in the 2014 subject league table. Overall, Exeter moved up from 13th to 10th place in The Complete University Guide's ranking of 124 UK universities for 2014.

The School of Economics and Finance at Queen Mary was rated as one of the leading Economics Schools in the country and in London. It was ranked 16th nationally and 3rd in London for the overall quality of its education and research quality in the 2014 Complete University Guide subject league tables.
