Faulkner University Profile

Faulkner University is a private Christian Liberal Arts University located in Montgomery, Alabama (USA). It was founded in 1942 as Montgomery Bible School, and affiliated with the Church of Christ. The university offers a range of programs including certificates of study, Associates, Bachelors, Masters, and Juris Doctor Degrees.

The university has the following Colleges:
- Alabama Christian College of Arts and Sciences
- Thomas Goode Jones School of Law
- Harris College of Business and Executive Education
- V.P Black College of Biblical Studies

The University offers several graduate programs, including Master of Science in Management, Master of Criminal Justice, Master of Arts in Biblical Studies, Master of Liberal Arts, Master of Education.

The Harris College of Business & Executive Education offers a number of degrees, including: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Science in Management, Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems and Technology. Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems, BBA, Bachelor of Science in Management of Human Resources.

The Alabama Christian College of Arts and Sciences has the following Departments: Computer Sciences, Evening and Weekend Programs, Criminal Justice, Education, English, Fine Arts, Humanities, Legal Studies, Mathematics, Physical Education and Sports Management, Natural and Physical Sciences, and Social and Behavioral Sciences. The Teacher Education programs are approved by the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE), and accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).

Legal Studies program offered on the Main Campus in Montgomery, Alabama is approved by the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on Paralegals.

Faulkner University is accredited by the Commission of Colleges of the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools to award associates, baccalaureate, master’s and juris doctor degrees.
