In 2009 ranking the Top 20 list is dominated by the universities in the USA, with the top 8 institutions retained the same position as last year's ranking (2008).

University of Cambridge is 1st in Europe and 28th globally.

I cannot take the rankings seriously. They differ so vastly from one site to another. University of Cambridge - not even in top 20?
