Colorado Engineering National Rankings

The College of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of Colorado at Boulder (CU-Boulder) is one of the top ranked in the US.

According to the U.S. News and World Report 2010, the Undergraduate Engineering Programs are placed 34th overall and 19th among public engineering programs nationwide, while the Graduate Engineering Programs rated 40th overall and 22nd among public engineering programs nationwide. Specialty Rankings include:
- 12th overall for Aerospace Engineering
- 19th overall for Chemical Engineering (among 125 schools surveyed)
- 25th overall and 16th among public graduate programs for Civil
- 33rd overall and 19th among public graduate programs for Computer Engineering
- 36th overall and 21st among public graduate programs for Electrical
- 18th overall and 11th among public undergraduate programs for Environmental
- 32nd overall and 18th among public graduate programs for Mechanical

In the US News and World Report 2009 rankings, CU Boulder's Undergraduate Engineering Programs are ranked 35th overall, and the Graduate Engineering Programs are ranked 39th overall.
