Established in 1957, California State University, Stanislaus (Stanislaus State or CSU Stanislaus) is a top public university located in Turlock, California (USA). The university is recognized by U.S. News and World Report as one of the top public universities in the West offering master’s and bachelor’s degrees, as well as a best buy in higher education. It is a campus in the California State University system - a 23-campus system across California.

CSU Stanislaus is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) as a Master's Degree granting institution. The College of Education offers both initial and advanced credential and certificate programs that are approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CCTC).
