Accelerated Accounting Degree Program

Leading institutions offering accounting degree programs in an accelerated format:

Albright College (USA)
- The accelerated program (Bachelor of Science in Accounting) prepares students for careers in public and private accounting and in obtaining professional certifications.
- Albright College is fully accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.

The University of Akron (USA)
- The Accelerated BS/MS in Accountancy program allows full-time accounting students to earn both BS and MS degrees by completing 150 semester hours of coursework.
- The University has been designated Best in the Midwest by the Princeton Review in its 2008 Best Colleges: Region-by-Region edition.

Griffith University (Australia)
- The Bachelor of Commerce (Accelerated) specialising in Accounting takes 2 years full-time or 4 years part-time to complete.
- Accelerated business and commerce degrees are made up of the same amount of courses as a standard degree, but they are studied over three semesters per year rather than two.

Charles Sturt University (Australia)
- The Master of Commerce (Accounting) degree is designed for accounting graduates who wish to further their professional and academic studies and qualifications.
- It allows candidates to integrate postgraduate academic studies with professional studies required for membership of CPA, Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA).
- Graduates of the Master degree are eligible to join the Association of Taxation and Management Accountants at the Fellow level.
- The program can be completed in part-time accelerated format: 2 years (4 sessions).
