Notre Dame de Namur University (NDNU) is an independent, Catholic, co-educational, master's university located in Belmont, California in the San Francisco Bay Area.

The academic programs are organized into the following schools: College of Arts and Sciences; School of Business and Management; School of Education and Leadership.

The College of Arts and Sciences offers programs in the departments of Art, Art Therapy Psychology, Clinical Psychology and Gerontology, English, Modern Languages and Cultures, History and Political Science, Music and Vocal Arts, Natural Sciences, Philosophy and Religious Studies, Psychology and Sociology, and Theatre and Dance.

The School of Education and Leadership at Notre Dame de Namur University is comprised of the following departments: Teacher Education (Credentials); Advanced Studies in Education and Leadership (Master's degrees); Professional Studies Program; Liberal Studies.

Notre Dame de Namur University is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). In early 2008, NDNU has become a member of National Association of Schools of Public Affairs and Administration (NASPAA).
