Université Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne (Pantheon-Sorbonne University) - It is one of the most famous and largest universities in France, ranked 229th among the world's best institutions in the QS World University Rankings 2010.

Université Paris-Sud 11 (Paris-Sud University) - Ranked 226th in the QS World University Rankings 2010 and in the world's top 50 (at 43rd) for Natural Sciences. The University of Paris-Sud 11 is the largest campus in France.

Université Paris Sorbonne, Paris IV - Ranked 13th in the world for Arts & Humanities (QS Rankings 2010). Paris Sorbonne University is the main inheritor of the old Sorbonne, which dates back to the 13th century. It was one of the first universities in the world.
