JHU in World Top Rankings

Founded in 1876, Johns Hopkins University (JHU) is one of the world's leading research institutions. It was the first U.S. university to apply the German university model developed by Wilhelm von Humboldt and Friedrich Daniel Ernst Schleiermacher.
