Top Engineering Colleges in Singapore

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and National University of Singapore (NUS) are amongst the top two engineering colleges in Singapore.

NTU College of Engineering is one of the world's largest engineering colleges with a research output among the top four in the world. In February 2010, NTU was ranked the 8th Most-Cited Institution in Engineering by ScienceWatch.com. With 5,912 papers, NTU was cited a total of 28,516 times, placing it among the top 20 out of a pool of 1,084 institutions comprising the top 1% ranked by total citation count in this field.

NUS Faculty of Engineering has been ranked 3rd in the IT and Engineering category according to the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Asian University Rankings 2010. The Higher Education Evaluation & Accreditation Council of Taiwan ranked NUS 4th in Engineering for Year 2010, in its evaluation based on the scientific papers produced by the world's universities. In addition, the Times Higher Education Supplement has ranked NUS within the top universities in Engineering and Technology since 2004.
