Best Liberal Arts Colleges 2015

Williams College is ranked No. 1 on U.S. News & World Report’s 2015 Best National Liberal Arts Colleges list, followed by Amherst College in No. 2 and Swarthmore College in No. 3.

Gustavus Adolphus College is ranked No. 64 by U.S. News, which is the highest Gustavus has appeared on the list in recent history and represents a jump of 12 spots from the publication’s 2014 rankings when the College was ranked No. 76 among liberal arts colleges.

Westmont College is ranked 96th out of the nation’s 236 liberal arts colleges in “America’s Best Colleges, 2015 Edition” lists. It is just one of two liberal arts colleges among the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities (CCCU) in the top 100, and the only one in California to be listed in the first tier.

St. Norbert College is listed in the top tier and moved up eleven places from 134th to 123rd. It is among the top 10 Catholic liberal arts colleges in the nation. The College was also ranked 5th among national liberal arts institutions for "Best Colleges for Veterans."

Hiram College is ranked 148th in the national liberal arts category, improving from last year’s ranking of 156th. It is also ranked 111th out of 236 (for national liberal arts colleges) in the publication’s high school guidance counselor rankings.
