Music School Ranking 2015

The Reid School of Music at the University of Edinburgh was placed 1st in the UK for the study of Music in the Guardian University Guide 2015, followed by Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2nd place.

The University of Nottingham’s Department of Music was rated as the 4th-best in the country. This places Nottingham above Oxford (9th) and Cambridge (5th) as one of the leading places to study Music in the UK.

Brunel University's Music department rose to 7th place in the Guardian University Guide 2015 Subject Tables, indicating further success for the School of Arts.

The University of Surrey is now ranked among the UK's top 15 universities for music and sound recording, with an impressive rise of 5 places to 13th in the Guardian University Guide league table 2015.
