Dentistry Ranking 2016

According to the Complete University Guide 2016, Glasgow was ranked 1st in the UK for Dentistry, followed by Cardiff in 2nd place. Cardiff offers undergraduate training opportunities for students in dentistry, dental hygiene and dental therapy, and a learning experience designed to best prepare students for their future career.

Dentistry at Newcastle University is highly regarded. It was ranked 3rd in the UK (up from 7th) in The Complete University Guide 2016 and 4th in the UK in The Times/Sunday Times Good University Guide 2016. Newcastle BDS degree in Dental Surgery is professionally accredited by the General Dental Council and entitles graduates to practise dentistry anywhere in the UK and in many other countries.

The University of Birmingham was ranked 7th in for Dentistry in the UK according to the Complete University Guide 2016 and in the 2014 Research Excellence Framework (REF) assessment, Dentistry was ranked first in the UK for research recognised as internationally excellent.
