Complete University Guide 2017

Cambridge was ranked No. 1 in the UK, according to the Complete University Guide 2017, followed by Oxford in 2nd place.

Loughborough University has leapt to its highest ever ranking of 7th place in the league table – the fastest riser in the top 20 and the top ranked university in the Midlands. This is the first time Loughborough has entered the top ten of the Complete University Guide 2017.

The University of Kent has maintained its top level position with its 23rd place out of 127 UK universities. The University has also achieved a top 10 position in 7 subject areas in the Complete University Guide (2017). Kent’s subjects in the top 10 are: Social Policy (3rd); American Studies (6th); Forensic Science (6th); Hospitality, Leisure, Recreation & Tourism (7th); Social Work (9th) and Architecture (10th).

The University of Liverpool was ranked 38th in the 2017 Complete University Guide, an improvement of one place from last year. The University was ranked 10th for staff/student ratio; 24th for academic services spend; 97th in student satisfaction; and 81st in facilities spend.
