Food Science Ranking 2016
The University of Surrey's nutrition and food science programmes rose six places to claim the No. 1 spot in the Complete University Guide 2016. This follows excellent results in all other major league tables including a top two rating in The Times/The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2015. Surrey's programmes in the field of food science include innovative undergraduate degrees in Nutrition and Food Science, Food Science and Microbiology, Nutrition and Nutrition/Dietetics.
Coventry University was ranked fifth in the country in the food science category. Overall, Coventry University rose three places to 48th overall and become the UK’s top modern university.
Newcastle University was ranked in the top 10 universities in the UK (at No. 9) in The Complete University Guide 2016 (in the Food Science category).
