Saint Louis University (SLU) is highly regarded as one of the finest Jesuit, Catholic universities in the United States. The University is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Universities.

- Saint Louis University is ranked 86th among the best national universities (U.S. News 2011). It is also ranked highly for: international business (No. 12), entrepreneurship (No. 14) and engineering (No. 38).
