The University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL) is a public metropolitan research university and part of the University of Missouri System.

The University of Missouri-St. Louis is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association. The College of Business Administration carries the prestigious accreditation of the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. It is the only college in St. Louis to carry separate AACSB accreditations for its business and accounting programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
